Gold Coast City Council is pleased to deliver its new Planning & Development Online (PD Online) initiative which will reduce local government red tape for Council's planning customers - in particular for small and home based businesses.

PD Online is part of a program of work funded by the federal government through AusIndustry and endorsed by the Council of Mayors (SEQ).

PD Online delivers:

  • Property Enquiry - Provides maps and all information available online on a property. Information includes land use designations, overlays, development applications and details and values. Access is also provided here to continue with a Land Use Enquiry.
     
  • Development Application Tracking (DA Tracking) - enables customers to plan and co-ordinate their development processes by providing one online source of information for the current status of a Development Application and property related information. This service enables customers to view, print and track the progress of development applications from lodgment through to determination, identifying the current status of an application and tasks undertaken as part of the assessment process and associated forms, plans and submissions. In addition it provides basic property information for every property within Council's jurisdiction.
     
  • Map Search - provides the ability to search for a property visually using maps.
     
  • Land Use Enquiry - provides planning scheme information relevant to a particular property land use.
     
  • Gold Coast City Council Planning Scheme Online - online access to the current, superseded and historic Planning Schemes, together with related information.
     
  • RiskSmart - enables customers to obtain an application form for selected low risk development applications for assessment by Council in an efficent and effective manner.
